This classroom based program is an investment in your organization’s professional development. Better speakers and presenters make more effective communicators, teammates, leaders, salespeople, spokespersons and employees. This course can be tailored to your needs, and may include modules on physical skills, listening skills, management of visuals (handouts, slides, etc), generating dialogue, content organization, meeting facilitation, handling questions, spontaneous speaking, handling difficult conversations and tailoring your message to your audience.
Private Coaching
As you move up through an organization and grow in your career, you have more opportunities to speak in public, to higher level audiences as well as larger and more varied audiences. At the same time, more is at stake. Private coaching allows us to focus in depth on the public speaking, presentation and communication skills of one individual, usually in half-day increments. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of that person, as discovered in pre-session interviews.
“The Big One” Team Presentation Prep
You and your team are preparing a specific presentation for the big client, the big project. There’s a lot on the line. We will help you organize the presentation, coordinate the moving parts, coach all presenters on delivering their portion of the content, tune up the delivery skills of all speakers, practice the choreography of a team presentation including the management of Q&A. This program is designed as a dialogue, making sure the wisdom of all participants is involved in the process.
